Beneficial Daily Program

Before breakfast: Time to boot up the brain and energize for the day! How? Start with water. You have become very dehydrated overnight in both your body and your brain. You will need a rather large amount of water to flush out the waste you have accumulated over night. This is the one I like best. It's called the "Master Flush or Master Cleanse"

Into 12-16 ounces of very warm water: juice of one half lemon or two small limes or 2 tablespoons of pure apple cider vinegar (alternate every 3 days) and 1 pinch (1/8 teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper and 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (grade B). Alice's Natural Helthcare of Santa Barbara daily cleanse

Mix well, making sure to blend in the pepper. Check for right temperature, then chugalug, drinking all at once. This is important to get the flush and re-hydration desired.

Next: Fruit of Choice: Do not eat anything else. Fruit is a fast digester, so don't mix with grains or proteins with ferment and create gas.

Alternate type of fruit: Prunes (until bowel tolerance:some people need 2 prunes, some need 10) for three mornings, then alternate with either pears, figs, papaya, or other fruit in season for three days.

Walk the dog, take your shower, or do something to keep away from food for 20 minutes afterward.

Breakfast: (Rotate selection every three days same as the fruit)

Eggs are higher in protein, ounce for ounce, than any other food and are a good source of energy. You need super foods to start the day. Oatmeal- add ground flax seed or Omega 3 oil or toast.

About 10:30/11:00 most people have a letdown of energy, so this is a good time to have an apple, to help balance your sugar and restore your energy.Alice's Benificial Daily Health Program

Noon/Midday: Protein time! Watch your combinations! You will feel drowsy after eating protein. worldwide, this is the time to take a break, for about 20 minutes. Your energy is in your digestive system, not in your head!

About 3 pm: You will have another energy drop. Eat another apple!

About 5:30/evening Meal: Tissue/Cell Building and repair. The best thing you can have is a large hearty soup made with broth and lots and lots of various vegetables. This is where you get your minerals that you need to complete your food cycle. You need your minerals, to help you assimilate your vitamins.

Do not eat late in the evening, especially sugars. Get enough sleep!
